The Rugby Union Programme provides you with monthly league-specific rugby training to enhance the strengthening and nutritional health of your physical and mental gameplay. We optimize your current workout programme by infusing a rugby-centered curriculum, maximising your strength and muscle gains for both on-the-field and off the field.

 

The Rugby Union is a powerful and aggressive plan in particular for the forwards, centered on the professional field. This programme is for all levels of athlete. However, upon advancement, it is quite ideal in perfecting performance and increasing athletic abilities for on the field and off of it, as well.

 

A dynamic programme overall, Team ESP Strength and Conditioning coaches are specialised in the development of best-in-class rugby workout programmes, transferring improved performance and impact on the field.

 

Off-season athletes will automatically be enrolled in the 10-week off-season programming, which differentiates from the standard league-focused programme offered by our organization. Once you have completed the 10-week off-season programming, you will move on to the monthly in-season weight training programme that is designed to help you excel during the regular season. This is important, because overworking the muscles can cause just as much harm as not working them at all!

 

The Rugby Nutrition Plan at Team ESP provides you with a solid foundation for nutrition and a programme that includes the food intake equivalence of today’s most elite athletes. Each month you will receive a general guide to weekly dieting, based on your personalised criteria, and a game day plan to help you stay focused, while on the field. In helping you heal after an all-out scrimmage, we have designed amazing recovery plans for post-game wrap up!
